If you have applied to UCA then you have taken a major step towards investing in your creative future. So what happens next?

Your applicant portal

Once you have made an application to the University for the Creative Arts, we keep in contact with you via the applicant portal.

Accommodation information and the accommodation application form are available to download from the applicant portal from March. Click here to log on to the Applicant Portal This information is only made available to you once you have firmly accepted an offer on a course.

Applicant days and interviews

If you have applied for a pre-degree or undergraduate course then you may be invited to attend an  applicant day during which you have your interview. The applicant day  has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to discover further information about the course, campus and student experience.

If you have applied for a postgraduate course then you may be invited to attend an interview with your postgraduate course co-ordinator.


You receive enrolment information at the beginning of August and it is during this month that you are urged to complete the online enrolment process. To complete it, you need to log in to the applicant portal. Once you have completed the online enrolment process you are required to attend an enrolment session in person at your campus.
